4）为什么“评测基线”是你涨价的分水岭

Upwork 上最常见的灾难是： 客户觉得你“做了很多”，但就是不肯验收。

原因通常只有一个：你没有把结果量化。

所以成果型交付的第一铁律是：

先做 baseline，再做优化。 没有 baseline 的优化，都叫“玄学”。

举个例子：客户说 RAG 不准，你不能只说“我调了 chunk size”。 你要给：
