3 LPX\u7684\u6295\u4ea7&#xff0c;\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u660e\u786e\u7684\u4fe1\u53f7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9700\u8981\u5148\u8bf4\u6e05\u695a\u4e00\u70b9&#xff1a;LPU\u4e0d\u662f\u6765\u53d6\u4ee3GPU\u7684\u3002\u5b83\u548cGPU\u662f\u4e92\u8865\u5173\u7cfb&#xff0c;\u4e24\u8005\u7ec4\u5408\u5728\u4e00\u8d77&#xff0c;\u624d\u6784\u6210\u4e0b\u4e00\u4ee3\u63a8\u7406\u7b97\u529b\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u5e95\u5ea7\u3002\u672c\u6587\u4ece\u82af\u7247\u67b6\u6784\u3001\u5185\u5b58\u5c42\u6b21\u3001\u4e92\u8054\u7f51\u7edc\u3001\u6563\u70ed\u5de5\u7a0b\u5230\u8f6f\u4ef6\u6808&#xff0c;\u8ba9\u4f60\u4e86\u89e3\u4ec0\u4e48\u662fLPU\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p LPX\u673a\u67b6\u7ea7\u7cfb\u7edf\u67b6\u6784\u56fe<\/p>\n<h2>\u4e00\u3001\u8bad\u7ec3\u548c\u63a8\u7406&#xff0c;\u6839\u672c\u5c31\u662f\u4e24\u79cd\u6d3b<\/h2>\n<p>\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u628aAI\u7b97\u529b\u5f53\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u6574\u4f53\u6765\u770b&#xff0c;\u8fd9\u662f\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u8ba4\u77e5\u8bef\u533a\u3002\u8bad\u7ec3\u548c\u63a8\u7406\u5bf9\u786c\u4ef6\u7684\u8981\u6c42&#xff0c;\u5dee\u5f02\u5927\u5230\u53ef\u4ee5\u8bf4\u662f\u4e24\u4e2a\u7269\u79cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8bad\u7ec3\u62fc\u7684\u662f\u5cf0\u503c\u541e\u5410\u91cf\u3002\u6a21\u578b\u53c2\u6570\u4ece\u51e0\u5341\u4ebf\u5230\u4e0a\u4e07\u4ebf&#xff0c;\u8981\u5728\u5c3d\u91cf\u77ed\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u91cc\u8dd1\u5b8c\u6d77\u91cf\u77e9\u9635\u8fd0\u7b97\u3002\u9700\u8981\u6781\u9ad8\u7684\u6d6e\u70b9\u7b97\u529b\u3001\u6781\u5927\u7684\u663e\u5b58\u5bb9\u91cf\u548c\u5e26\u5bbd&#xff0c;\u8fd8\u8981\u6709\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u901a\u7528\u6027\u6765\u9002\u5e94\u4e0d\u65ad\u53d8\u5316\u7684\u6a21\u578b\u7ed3\u6784\u3002GPU\u7684SIMT\u5355\u6307\u4ee4\u591a\u7ebf\u7a0b\u67b6\u6784&#xff0c;\u5929\u751f\u5c31\u662f\u5e72\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7684&#xff0c;HBM\u9ad8\u5e26\u5bbd\u5185\u5b58\u8d1f\u8d23\u5582\u9971\u6570\u636e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u63a8\u7406\u5b8c\u5168\u662f\u53e6\u4e00\u5957\u903b\u8f91\u3002\u7528\u6237\u53d1\u4e00\u6761\u6d88\u606f&#xff0c;\u6700\u5728\u610f\u7684\u662f\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u5b57\u591a\u5feb\u8e66\u51fa\u6765&#xff0c;\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u9996Token\u5ef6\u8fdf&#xff0c;\u7136\u540e\u662f\u540e\u9762\u6bcf\u79d2\u80fd\u5410\u591a\u5c11\u5b57&#xff0c;\u4e5f\u5c31\u662fToken\u751f\u6210\u901f\u7387\u3002\u8fd8\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u5bb9\u6613\u88ab\u5ffd\u7565\u4f46\u6781\u5176\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u6307\u6807&#xff1a;\u54cd\u5e94\u65f6\u95f4\u8981\u7a33&#xff0c;\u4e0d\u80fd\u8fd9\u6b21\u79d2\u56de\u4e0b\u6b21\u5361\u4e09\u79d2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f4e\u5ef6\u8fdf\u3001\u9ad8\u5e76\u53d1\u3001\u786e\u5b9a\u6027&#xff0c;\u8fd9\u4e09\u4e2a\u8bcd\u5c31\u662f\u63a8\u7406\u573a\u666f\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u8bc9\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p>GPU\u4e0d\u662f\u4e0d\u80fd\u505a\u63a8\u7406&#xff0c;\u4f46\u5b83\u7684\u67b6\u6784\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4ece\u6839\u4e0a\u5c31\u662f\u504f\u5411\u541e\u5410\u91cf\u7684\u3002\u8fd0\u884c\u65f6\u52a8\u6001\u8c03\u5ea6\u673a\u5236\u5f88\u7075\u6d3b&#xff0c;\u4f46\u4f1a\u5e26\u6765\u4e0d\u53ef\u9884\u6d4b\u7684\u5ef6\u8fdf\u6ce2\u52a8\u3002HBM\u5e26\u5bbd\u786e\u5b9e\u9ad8&#xff0c;\u4f46\u8bbf\u95ee\u5ef6\u8fdf\u5728\u5341\u7eb3\u79d2\u91cf\u7ea7&#xff0c;\u5bf9\u4e8e\u81ea\u56de\u5f52\u89e3\u7801\u8fd9\u79cd\u9891\u7e41\u5c0f\u6279\u91cf\u8bbf\u95ee\u7684\u8ba1\u7b97\u6a21\u5f0f&#xff0c;\u6548\u7387\u6253\u6298\u6263\u3002<\/p>\n<p>LPU\u8bed\u8a00\u5904\u7406\u5355\u5143\u7684\u601d\u8def\u5f88\u5e72\u8106&#xff1a;\u653e\u5f03\u901a\u7528\u6027&#xff0c;\u56f4\u7ed5\u5927\u8bed\u8a00\u6a21\u578b\u63a8\u7406\u7684\u8ba1\u7b97\u7279\u5f81\u505a\u6b7b\u78d5\u4f18\u5316\u3002\u6838\u5fc3\u5c31\u4e09\u62db&#xff1a;\u5168\u7247\u4e0aSRAM\u5f53\u5de5\u4f5c\u5185\u5b58\u3001\u7f16\u8bd1\u671f\u9759\u6001\u8c03\u5ea6\u3001\u786e\u5b9a\u6027\u6570\u636e\u6d41\u6267\u884c\u3002\u4e09\u62db\u53e0\u52a0&#xff0c;\u5b9e\u73b0\u5fae\u79d2\u7ea7\u7684\u5ef6\u8fdf\u4e00\u81f4\u6027\u548c\u5f88\u9ad8\u7684\u63a8\u7406\u80fd\u6548\u6bd4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u662f\u8bf4LPU\u6bd4GPU\u5f3a&#xff0c;\u800c\u662f\u5404\u6709\u5404\u7684\u6218\u573a\u3002\u8bad\u7ec3\u548c\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u6279\u91cf\u63a8\u7406&#xff0c;GPU\u4f9d\u7136\u662f\u7edd\u5bf9\u4e3b\u529b\u3002\u4f4e\u5ef6\u8fdf\u4ea4\u4e92\u5f0f\u63a8\u7406\u3001\u667a\u80fd\u4f53\u5b9e\u65f6\u54cd\u5e94\u3001\u957f\u4e0a\u4e0b\u6587\u5feb\u901f\u751f\u6210\u8fd9\u4e9b\u573a\u666f&#xff0c;LPU\u6b63\u5728\u5c55\u73b0\u51faGPU\u7ed9\u4e0d\u4e86\u7684\u4e1c\u897f\u3002AI\u7b97\u529b\u5e95\u5ea7\u4eceGPU\u4e00\u5bb6\u72ec\u5927&#xff0c;\u8d70\u5411GPU\u52a0\u4e13\u7528\u63a8\u7406\u82af\u7247\u7684\u5f02\u6784\u7ec4\u5408&#xff0c;\u8fd9\u4e2a\u65b9\u5411\u5df2\u7ecf\u5f88\u6e05\u6670\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u4e8c\u3001LPU\u5230\u5e95\u662f\u600e\u4e48\u505a\u5230\u7684<\/h2>\n<p>Groq 3
