CDR \u5728 RX \u6570\u636e\u901a\u8def\u4e2d\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e<\/h3>\n<p>RX CDR \u4f4d\u4e8e\u63a5\u6536\u6a21\u62df\u524d\u7aef\u4e4b\u540e\u3001SIPO \u4e4b\u524d\u3002RXP\/RXN \u8f93\u5165\u7ecf\u8fc7\u7aef\u63a5\u548c\u63a5\u6536\u5747\u8861\u540e&#xff0c;\u4ecd\u7136\u662f\u968f\u65f6\u95f4\u8fde\u7eed\u53d8\u5316\u7684\u9ad8\u901f\u6a21\u62df\u6ce2\u5f62&#xff1b;CDR \u5728\u8fd9\u4e00\u4f4d\u7f6e\u6062\u590d\u5e76\u8ddf\u8e2a\u91c7\u6837\u76f8\u4f4d&#xff0c;\u91c7\u6837\u5668\u5b8c\u6210 0\/1 \u5224\u51b3\u540e&#xff0c;\u6570\u636e\u518d\u8fdb\u5165\u4e32\u5e76\u8f6c\u6362\u548c RX PCS\u3002<\/p>\n<p>RXP\/RXN \u2192 RX \u6a21\u62df\u524d\u7aef\u4e0e\u5747\u8861 \u2192 RX CDR \u2192 SIPO \u2192 RX PCS \u2192 FPGA RX Interface<br \/>\n                                   \u2502<br \/>\n                                   \u2514\u2192 Recovered Clock<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e00\u4f4d\u7f6e\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e86 CDR \u540c\u65f6\u8fde\u63a5\u4e24\u6761\u8def\u5f84\u3002\u6570\u636e\u8def\u5f84\u628a\u4e32\u884c\u6ce2\u5f62\u5224\u51b3\u4e3a 0\/1&#xff0c;\u5e76\u9001\u5f80 SIPO&#xff1b;\u65f6\u949f\u8def\u5f84\u5219\u4ea7\u751f\u4e0e\u8f93\u5165\u6570\u636e\u8fb9\u6cbf\u4fdd\u6301\u786e\u5b9a\u76f8\u4f4d\u5173\u7cfb\u7684 Recovered Clock&#xff08;\u6062\u590d\u65f6\u949f&#xff09;&#xff0c;\u4f5c\u4e3a RX PMA \u4e32\u5e76\u8f6c\u6362\u548c\u540e\u7eed\u5e76\u884c\u5206\u9891\u7684\u65f6\u949f\u57fa\u7840\u3002<\/p>\n<p>CPLL\/QPLL \u4e0e CDR \u7684\u5206\u5de5\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u533a\u5206\u3002CPLL\/QPLL \u6839\u636e\u53c2\u8003\u65f6\u949f\u548c\u5206\u9891\u914d\u7f6e\u5efa\u7acb\u76ee\u6807\u7ebf\u8def\u901f\u7387\u6240\u9700\u7684\u9ad8\u901f\u57fa\u7840\u65f6\u949f&#xff0c;\u89e3\u51b3\u201c\u9891\u7387\u8303\u56f4\u662f\u5426\u6b63\u786e\u201d&#xff1b;CDR \u89c2\u5bdf\u5b9e\u9645\u8f93\u5165\u6570\u636e\u7684\u8fb9\u6cbf\u4f4d\u7f6e\u5e76\u8c03\u8282\u91c7\u6837\u76f8\u4f4d&#xff0c;\u89e3\u51b3\u201c\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a UI \u5185\u4f55\u65f6\u91c7\u6837\u201d\u3002\u56e0\u6b64&#xff0c;CPLL\/QPLL \u9501\u5b9a\u53ea\u80fd\u8bf4\u660e\u57fa\u7840\u65f6\u949f\u5df2\u7ecf\u5efa\u7acb&#xff0c;\u4e0d\u80fd\u76f4\u63a5\u8bc1\u660e\u63a5\u6536\u6570\u636e\u5df2\u7ecf\u88ab\u6b63\u786e\u91c7\u6837\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>2. Bang-Bang \u9274\u76f8\u4e0e CDR \u95ed\u73af<\/h3>\n<p>RX CDR \u4f7f\u7528 Bang-Bang Phase Detector&#xff08;BBPD&#xff09; \u5224\u65ad\u8fb9\u6cbf\u91c7\u6837\u4f4d\u7f6e\u76f8\u5bf9\u6570\u636e\u8df3\u53d8\u662f\u504f\u65e9\u8fd8\u662f\u504f\u665a\u3002Bang-Bang \u6e90\u4e8e\u63a7\u5236\u7406\u8bba\u4e2d\u7684\u4e8c\u503c\u63a7\u5236&#xff1a;\u9274\u76f8\u5668\u53ea\u8f93\u51fa Early \u6216 Late \u4e24\u79cd\u65b9\u5411\u4fe1\u606f&#xff0c;\u4e0d\u7ed9\u51fa\u8fde\u7eed\u7684\u76f8\u4f4d\u8bef\u5dee\u5927\u5c0f\u3002\u8fd9\u91cc\u7684 Early\/Late \u8868\u793a\u91c7\u6837\u76f8\u4f4d\u504f\u65e9\u6216\u504f\u665a&#xff0c;\u4e0b\u6587\u5c06\u8fd9\u79cd\u5224\u51b3\u65b9\u5f0f\u7b80\u79f0\u4e3a Bang-Bang \u9274\u76f8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5f53\u8fb9\u6cbf\u91c7\u6837\u70b9\u65e9\u4e8e\u6570\u636e\u8df3\u53d8\u65f6&#xff0c;\u9274\u76f8\u5668\u8f93\u51fa Early&#xff0c;CDR FSM \u63a7\u5236 Phase Interpolator \u5c06\u91c7\u6837\u76f8\u4f4d\u5411\u8f83\u665a\u65b9\u5411\u79fb\u52a8&#xff1b;\u91c7\u6837\u70b9\u665a\u4e8e\u6570\u636e\u8df3\u53d8\u65f6&#xff0c;\u5219\u8f93\u51fa Late&#xff0c;\u5e76\u5411\u8f83\u65e9\u65b9\u5411\u8c03\u6574\u3002\u6570\u636e\u6ca1\u6709\u53d1\u751f\u8df3\u53d8\u65f6&#xff0c;\u5f53\u524d\u6837\u672c\u4e0d\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u65b0\u7684\u76f8\u4f4d\u65b9\u5411\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u91c7\u6837\u76f8\u4f4d\u63a5\u8fd1\u6570\u636e\u8fb9\u6cbf\u540e&#xff0c;Early \u548c Late \u901a\u5e38\u4f1a\u4ea4\u66ff\u51fa\u73b0&#xff0c;\u76f8\u4f4d\u63d2\u503c\u5668\u56f4\u7ed5\u76ee\u6807\u4f4d\u7f6e\u8fdb\u884c\u5c0f\u8303\u56f4\u53cc\u5411\u4fee\u6b63\u3002<\/p>\n<p> \/><\/p>\n<p>\u56fe\u4e2d\u6570\u636e\u7531\u5de6\u5411\u53f3\u4f20\u8f93\u3002RXP\/RXN \u7ecf\u8fc7 Linear EQ \u548c DFE \u540e&#xff0c;\u540c\u65f6\u8fdb\u5165 Edge Sampler&#xff08;\u4e5f\u79f0 Crossing Sampler&#xff09;\u4e0e Data Sampler&#xff1b;CPLL\/QPLL \u7684\u8f93\u51fa\u4ece\u56fe\u4e0b\u65b9\u8fdb\u5165 Phase Interpolator&#xff0c;\u4e3a\u4e24\u7ec4\u91c7\u6837\u5668\u63d0\u4f9b\u53ef\u8c03\u76f8\u4f4d\u3002\u91c7\u6837\u7ed3\u679c\u7ecf DEMUX \u9001\u5165 CDR FSM&#xff0c;\u72b6\u6001\u673a\u518d\u63a7\u5236 PI(X) \u548c PI(D)&#xff0c;\u5f62\u6210\u95ed\u73af\u76f8\u4f4d\u8ddf\u8e2a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>UG476 \u5c06\u8be5\u7ed3\u6784\u79f0\u4e3a Phase-Rotator CDR\u3002Bang-Bang \u63cf\u8ff0\u9274\u76f8\u903b\u8f91\u53ea\u5224\u65ad\u8c03\u6574\u65b9\u5411&#xff0c;Phase-Rotator \u63cf\u8ff0\u76f8\u4f4d\u63d2\u503c\u5668\u6839\u636e\u5224\u51b3\u7ed3\u679c\u79fb\u52a8\u91c7\u6837\u76f8\u4f4d&#xff0c;\u4e24\u8005\u5206\u522b\u5bf9\u5e94\u95ed\u73af\u4e2d\u7684\u5224\u5b9a\u4e0e\u6267\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>PLL \u63d0\u4f9b\u6ee1\u8db3\u7ebf\u8def\u901f\u7387\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u65f6\u949f\u3002\u5b83\u51b3\u5b9a CDR \u4ece\u54ea\u4e2a\u9891\u7387\u9644\u8fd1\u5f00\u59cb\u5de5\u4f5c&#xff0c;\u4f46\u4e0d\u4f1a\u81ea\u52a8\u628a\u91c7\u6837\u8fb9\u6cbf\u653e\u5230\u8f93\u5165\u6570\u636e\u7684\u6b63\u786e\u4f4d\u7f6e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>PI(X) \u4e0e PI(D) \u662f\u4e24\u7ec4\u76f8\u4f4d\u63d2\u503c\u8def\u5f84\u3002Phase Interpolator \u5728 PLL \u8f93\u51fa\u76f8\u4f4d\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\u8fdb\u884c\u63d2\u503c&#xff0c;\u4f7f\u91c7\u6837\u76f8\u4f4d\u53ef\u4ee5\u6309\u8f83\u5c0f\u6b65\u8fdb\u5411\u524d\u6216\u5411\u540e\u79fb\u52a8\u3002PI(X) \u9a71\u52a8\u8fb9\u6cbf\u91c7\u6837\u8def\u5f84&#xff0c;PI(D) \u9a71\u52a8\u6570\u636e\u91c7\u6837\u8def\u5f84&#xff0c;\u4e24\u8005\u7531\u540c\u4e00\u4e2a CDR FSM \u534f\u8c03&#xff0c;\u5e76\u4fdd\u6301\u5bf9\u5e94\u7684\u76f8\u4f4d\u95f4\u9694\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Edge Sampler&#xff08;Crossing Sampler&#xff09; \u89c2\u5bdf\u6570\u636e\u8df3\u53d8\u9644\u8fd1\u7684\u7535\u5e73&#xff0c;\u7528\u4e8e\u5224\u65ad\u5f53\u524d\u91c7\u6837\u76f8\u4f4d\u76f8\u5bf9\u5b9e\u9645\u6570\u636e\u8fb9\u6cbf\u504f\u5411\u54ea\u4e00\u4fa7\u3002\u5b83\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u662f\u76f8\u4f4d\u8c03\u6574\u4f9d\u636e&#xff0c;\u4e0d\u76f4\u63a5\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6700\u7ec8\u63a5\u6536\u6570\u636e\u8f93\u51fa\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Data Sampler \u4f4d\u4e8e\u76f8\u90bb\u8fb9\u6cbf\u4e4b\u95f4&#xff0c;\u5b8c\u6210\u5b9e\u9645\u7684 0\/1 \u5224\u51b3\u3002\u5176\u8f93\u51fa\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u9001\u5f80 RX DATA&#xff0c;\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u4e5f\u53c2\u4e0e CDR FSM \u7684\u76f8\u4f4d\u5224\u65ad\u3002\u72b6\u6001\u673a\u9700\u8981\u7ed3\u5408\u8fb9\u6cbf\u91c7\u6837\u4e0e\u6570\u636e\u91c7\u6837\u7ed3\u679c&#xff0c;\u624d\u80fd\u5224\u65ad\u5f53\u524d\u6570\u636e\u662f\u5426\u53d1\u751f\u8df3\u53d8\u4ee5\u53ca\u76f8\u4f4d\u5e94\u5411\u54ea\u4e2a\u65b9\u5411\u8c03\u6574\u3002<\/p>\n<p>CDR FSM \u6839\u636e\u8fde\u7eed\u7684 Data\/Edge \u6837\u672c\u5f62\u6210 Bang-Bang \u9274\u76f8\u7ed3\u679c&#xff0c;\u5e76\u63a7\u5236\u76f8\u4f4d\u63d2\u503c\u5668\u9010\u6b65\u4fee\u6b63\u91c7\u6837\u4f4d\u7f6e\u3002\u67d0\u4e00\u6b21\u5224\u65ad\u53ea\u7ed9\u51fa\u8c03\u6574\u65b9\u5411&#xff0c;\u4e0d\u7ed9\u51fa\u76f8\u4f4d\u8bef\u5dee\u5927\u5c0f&#xff1b;\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u76f8\u4f4d\u8ddf\u8e2a\u5efa\u7acb\u5728\u540e\u7eed\u6570\u636e\u4e0d\u65ad\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u65b0\u5224\u51b3\u4e4b\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56fe\u4e2d\u7684 DEMUX \u8868\u660e&#xff0c;\u9ad8\u901f\u91c7\u6837\u7ed3\u679c\u4f1a\u5148\u8f6c\u6362\u4e3a\u8f83\u4f4e\u901f\u7387\u7684\u5e76\u884c\u6837\u672c&#xff0c;\u518d\u8fdb\u5165\u6570\u5b57 CDR \u72b6\u6001\u673a\u3002\u540e\u6587\u4f7f\u7528 D0\u3001E1\u3001D1 \u4e09\u4e2a\u70b9\u8bf4\u660e\u4e00\u6b21 Bang-Bang \u9274\u76f8&#xff0c;\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u4fbf\u4e8e\u7406\u89e3\u57fa\u672c\u5173\u7cfb&#xff1b;\u5728 GTX\/GTH \u786c\u6838\u5185\u90e8&#xff0c;\u72b6\u6001\u673a\u4f1a\u5bf9\u591a\u7ec4 Data\/Edge \u6837\u672c\u8fdb\u884c\u5e76\u884c\u5904\u7406\u3002\u5177\u4f53\u5e76\u884c\u5ea6\u3001\u5224\u51b3\u5904\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\u548c\u6b65\u8fdb\u95e8\u9650\u5c5e\u4e8e\u5185\u90e8\u914d\u7f6e&#xff0c;UG476 \u4e0d\u5c55\u5f00\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5b9e\u73b0\u7ec6\u8282\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6cbf\u63a7\u5236\u65b9\u5411\u89c2\u5bdf&#xff0c;\u95ed\u73af\u5173\u7cfb\u53ef\u4ee5\u6982\u62ec\u4e3a&#xff1a;<\/p>\n<p>\u8f93\u5165\u6570\u636e\u8fb9\u6cbf \u7684\u8f93\u51fa\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0e\u6570\u636e\u65e0\u5173\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u8fd0\u884c\u65f6\u949f&#xff0c;\u800c\u662f\u7ecf\u8fc7\u4e0a\u8ff0\u95ed\u73af\u6821\u6b63\u3001\u4e0e\u8f93\u5165\u6570\u636e\u4fdd\u6301\u76f8\u4f4d\u5173\u7cfb\u7684\u91c7\u6837\u65f6\u949f\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>3.
