1041MB&#xff0c;\u89e3\u538b\u51fa\u6765\u548c\u539f\u59cb\u6743\u91cd\u9010\u6bd4\u7279\u5b8c\u5168\u4e00\u81f4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5b83\u5e72\u7684\u4e8b&#xff0c;\u4e00\u53e5\u8bdd\u5c31\u80fd\u8bf4\u6e05&#xff1a;bf16 \u4f4d\u5dee\u503c\u3002\u5c0f\u90e8\u5206\u5dee\u5f97\u592a\u8fdc\u7684&#034;\u523a\u5934&#034;&#xff0c;\u5355\u72ec\u653e\u6ea2\u51fa\u8868\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u539f\u7406\u5c31\u8fd9\u4e48\u6734\u7d20\u3002\u96be\u7684\u662f\u5de5\u7a0b&#xff1a;\u5168 Triton \u5185\u6838\u5b9e\u65f6\u89e3\u7801&#xff0c;\u5355\u5c42 20 \u5fae\u79d2&#xff0c;168 \u5c42\u5168\u90e8\u7531 GPU \u4e0a\u7684\u81ea\u5b9a\u4e49\u5185\u6838\u625b\u4e0b\u6765&#xff0c;\u6ca1\u6709\u4e00\u884c PyTorch \u540e\u5904\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u4e3a\u4e86\u8fd9&#034;\u4e00\u4e2a\u6bd4\u7279\u90fd\u4e0d\u5dee&#034;\u7684\u627f\u8bfa&#xff0c;\u4fee\u4e86\u4e09\u4e2a Triton \u5185\u6838\u7684 bug&#xff1a;\u7b26\u53f7\u6269\u5c55\u3001\u8de8\u5b57\u8fb9\u754c\u3001\u4f4d\u91cd\u89e3\u91ca\u2014\u2014\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u90fd\u8db3\u4ee5\u8ba9\u6743\u91cd\u6084\u6084\u53d8\u9519\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u7ec8\u6210\u7ee9&#xff1a;\u63a8\u7406 105 \u6beb\u79d2&#xff0c;\u663e\u5b58 2.0GB&#xff0c;\u56f0\u60d1\u5ea6 56.02&#xff0c;\u548c\u539f\u59cb\u4e00\u6a21\u4e00\u6837\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5b8c\u7f8e\u7684\u4ee3\u4ef7\u662f&#xff1a;\u5b83\u53ea\u7701\u4e86 2 4-bit&#xff0c;\u628a\u6a21\u578b\u585e\u8fdb\u56db\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00<\/h3>\n<p>\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5251&#xff0c;\u53eb DyadicGumbel 4-bit\u3002\u540d\u5b57\u5f88\u62d7\u53e3&#xff0c;\u62c6\u5f00\u770b\u5c31\u61c2\u4e86&#xff1a;Dyadic&#xff0c;\u4e8c\u8fdb\u5236&#xff1b;Gumbel&#xff0c;\u4e00\u79cd\u8ba9&#034;\u9009\u62e9&#034;\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b66\u4e60\u7684\u6280\u672f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5b83\u628a\u6bcf\u4e2a\u6743\u91cd\u538b\u5230 4 \u6bd4\u7279\u2014\u2014\u7406\u8bba\u4e0a\u662f bf16 \u7684\u56db\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002168 \u5c42\u30016.79 \u4ebf\u4e2a\u6743\u91cd&#xff0c;\u5168\u90e8\u91cf\u5316\u3002\u663e\u5b58\u4ece 2.2GB \u5fae\u8c03&#xff0c;\u7528\u7eaf Python \u5199\u8f6f\u8d4b\u503c\u2014\u2014\u903b\u8f91\u5bf9&#xff0c;\u4f46\u6162&#xff0c;\u6162\u5230\u8bad\u7ec3\u6ca1\u6cd5\u5fcd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e8e\u662f\u6211\u60f3&#xff1a;\u4e0a Triton \u5185\u6838\u3002\u628a\u8ddd\u79bb\u8ba1\u7b97\u3001softmax\u3001\u786c\u7f16\u7801&#xff0c;\u5168\u585e\u8fdb\u4e24\u4e2a\u878d\u5408\u5185\u6838&#xff0c;\u6570\u5b66\u4e0a\u548c Python \u7248\u672c\u5b8c\u5168\u7b49\u4ef7&#xff0c;\u8fd8\u80fd\u62ff\u5230\u95ed\u5f0f\u53cd\u5411\u4f20\u64ad\u3002\u5185\u6838\u5199\u597d\u4e86&#xff0c;\u8bad\u7ec3\u542f\u52a8\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u540e&#xff0c;\u56f0\u60d1\u5ea6\u5f00\u59cb\u5931\u63a7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96f6\u6837\u672c 78 \u8fd8\u7b97\u6b63\u5e38&#xff0c;\u5fae\u8c03\u4e4b\u540e\u4e0d\u4f46\u6ca1\u964d&#xff0c;\u53cd\u800c\u4e00\u8def\u51b2\u5230\u4e86 2237\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2237 Triton \u91cc\u5199\u9519\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6570\u5b66\u4e0a\u7b49\u4ef7&#xff0c;\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e0a\u4e0d\u7b49\u4ef7&#xff1a;\u95ed\u5f0f\u6c42\u5bfc\u91cc\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u9879\u88ab\u6211\u7b80\u5316\u6389\u4e86&#xff0c;Python \u7684\u81ea\u52a8\u6c42\u5bfc\u80fd\u515c\u5e95&#xff0c;\u624b\u5199\u5185\u6838\u4e0d\u4f1a\u3002\u800c\u66f4\u8bbd\u523a\u7684\u662f&#xff0c;\u8fd9\u4e2a bug
