VDD&#xff0c;\u9632\u6b62\u9ad8\u538b\u635f\u574f\u5185\u90e8\u903b\u8f91\u7535\u8def<\/p>\n<p>\u5f53 \u8f93\u5165\u7535\u538b &lt; VSS &#8211; Vf \u2248 0V &#8211; 0.6V &#061; -0.6V&#xff1a;<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0b\u65b9\u4e8c\u6781\u7ba1 D2
