\u5b9e\u65f6\u8f74\u627f\u6545\u969c\u8bca\u65ad\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4fdd\u969c\u590d\u6742\u5de5\u4e1a\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u4e0e\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u7136\u800c&#xff0c;\u6545\u969c\u6837\u672c\u91c7\u96c6\u56f0\u96be\u3001\u6807\u6ce8\u6210\u672c\u9ad8\u9020\u6210\u7684\u6807\u7b7e\u6570\u636e\u7a00\u7f3a&#xff0c;\u4f7f\u5f97\u6a21\u578b\u96be\u4ee5\u4ece\u6709\u9650\u4e14\u590d\u6742\u7684\u76d1\u6d4b\u4fe1\u53f7\u4e2d\u5b66\u4e60\u5177\u6709\u5224\u522b\u6027\u7684\u6545\u969c\u7279\u5f81\u3002\u5c11\u6837\u672c\u5b66\u4e60&#xff08;Few-Shot Learning&#xff0c;FSL&#xff09;\u4e3a\u4e25\u91cd\u6545\u969c\u4fe1\u53f7\u7684\u7279\u5f81\u63d0\u53d6\u548c\u51c6\u786e\u5206\u7c7b\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6709\u6548\u65b9\u6cd5&#xff0c;\u4f46\u6570\u636e\u7a00\u7f3a\u548c\u73af\u5883\u566a\u58f0\u7b49\u95ee\u9898\u4ecd\u4e25\u91cd\u5236\u7ea6\u73b0\u6709 FSL \u65b9\u6cd5\u5bf9\u521d\u671f\u6545\u969c\u7684\u6709\u6548\u8bca\u65ad\u3002\u8fd9\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u73b0\u6709 FSL \u7b56\u7565\u672a\u5145\u5206\u8003\u8651\u566a\u58f0\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u7684\u7c7b\u522b\u95f4\u76f8\u5173\u6027&#xff0c;\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u6a21\u578b\u5c06\u5df2\u77e5\u7c7b\u522b\u7684\u7279\u5f81\u77e5\u8bc6\u63a8\u5e7f\u81f3\u65b0\u7c7b\u522b\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u56e0\u6b64&#xff0c;\u8feb\u5207\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u79cd\u80fd\u591f\u5229\u7528\u7c7b\u522b\u95f4\u76f8\u5173\u6027\u3001\u514b\u670d\u6570\u636e\u4e0d\u8db3\u548c\u73af\u5883\u590d\u6742\u6027&#xff0c;\u5e76\u652f\u6301\u5c11\u6837\u672c\u521d\u671f\u6545\u969c\u8bca\u65ad\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u672c\u6587\u63d0\u51fa\u4e00\u79cd\u9762\u5411\u5c11\u6837\u672c\u591a\u4efb\u52a1\u573a\u666f\u7684\u65b0\u578b\u7c7b\u522b\u77e5\u8bc6\u5f15\u5bfc\u6a21\u578b\u3002\u8be5\u6a21\u578b\u5229\u7528\u57fa\u7840\u7c7b\u522b\u7684\u5c5e\u6027\u6570\u636e\u53ca\u65b0\u7c7b\u522b\u6837\u672c\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u76f8\u4f3c\u6027&#xff0c;\u9ad8\u6548\u5efa\u7acb\u9762\u5411\u672a\u89c1\u4efb\u52a1\u7684\u6620\u5c04\u5173\u7cfb&#xff0c;\u663e\u8457\u589e\u5f3a\u521d\u671f\u6545\u969c\u8bca\u65ad\u53ca\u591a\u4efb\u52a1\u5e94\u7528\u4e2d\u7684\u6cdb\u5316\u80fd\u529b&#xff0c;\u4f7f\u6a21\u578b\u80fd\u591f\u5728\u672a\u77e5\u5de5\u51b5\u4e0b\u5feb\u901f\u3001\u51c6\u786e\u5730\u5b8c\u6210\u5c11\u6837\u672c\u6545\u969c\u8bca\u65ad\u3002\u5728\u51ef\u65af\u897f\u50a8\u5927\u5b66&#xff08;CWRU&#xff09;\u8f74\u627f\u6570\u636e\u96c6\u548c\u65e9\u671f\u8f7b\u5fae\u6545\u969c\u7275\u5f15\u7535\u673a\u8f74\u627f&#xff08;EMF-TM&#xff09;\u6570\u636e\u96c6\u4e0a\u7684\u5bf9\u6bd4\u5b9e\u9a8c\u8868\u660e&#xff0c;\u8be5\u6a21\u578b\u4f18\u4e8e\u6240\u6bd4\u8f83\u7684\u5148\u8fdb\u5c11\u6837\u672c\u5b66\u4e60\u4e0e\u8fc1\u79fb\u5b66\u4e60\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align:justify\">\u4e00\u3001\u7814\u7a76\u80cc\u666f\u4e0e\u6838\u5fc3\u95ee\u9898<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">\u65e9\u671f\u6545\u969c\u6bd4\u4e25\u91cd\u6545\u969c\u66f4\u96be\u8bca\u65ad\u3002 \u4e25\u91cd\u6545\u969c\u901a\u5e38\u6709\u660e\u663e\u51b2\u51fb&#xff0c;\u521d\u671f\u635f\u4f24\u5374\u5e38\u88ab\u8f7d\u8377\u53d8\u5316\u4e0e\u80cc\u666f\u566a\u58f0\u63a9\u76d6\u3002\u5de5\u4e1a\u73b0\u573a\u4e5f\u96be\u4ee5\u4e3a\u6bcf\u79cd\u672a\u77e5\u6545\u969c\u6536\u96c6\u5927\u91cf\u6807\u7b7e&#xff1a;\u6a21\u578b\u65e2\u8981\u5b66\u4f1a\u8bc6\u522b\u5f31\u4fe1\u53f7&#xff0c;\u53c8\u8981\u9002\u5e94\u65b0\u7c7b\u522b\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">\u5ea6\u91cf\u578b FSL \u6bd4\u8f83\u652f\u6301\u96c6\u4e0e\u67e5\u8be2\u96c6\u7684\u7279\u5f81&#xff0c;\u5374\u53ef\u80fd\u53d7\u5230\u4efb\u52a1\u65e0\u5173\u4fe1\u606f\u5e72\u6270&#xff1b;\u5c11\u91cf\u652f\u6301\u6837\u672c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u523b\u753b\u4e00\u4e2a\u7c7b\u522b\u3002\u8fc1\u79fb\u5b66\u4e60\u5728\u6545\u969c\u7c7b\u522b\u6216\u8fd0\u884c\u5de5\u51b5\u53d8\u5316\u65f6\u5bb9\u6613\u9000\u5316\u3002\u4f5c\u8005\u7684\u5173\u952e\u6d1e\u5bdf\u662f&#xff1a;\u65b0\u6545\u969c\u867d\u7136\u6837\u672c\u5c11&#xff0c;\u4f46\u4e0d\u540c\u6545\u969c\u4ecd\u5177\u6709\u53ef\u501f\u9274\u7684\u5171\u4eab\u6a21\u5f0f\u4e0e\u7279\u6709\u7ed3\u6784\u3002<\/p>\n<p Knowledge-Guided&#xff08;CKG&#xff09;&#xff1a;\u524d\u7aef\u5b66\u4e60\u4efb\u52a1\u76f8\u5173\u7279\u5f81&#xff0c;\u540e\u7aef\u901a\u8fc7**\u7c7b\u522b\u77e5\u8bc6\u5f15\u5bfc\u7684\u4e0d\u5b8c\u6574\u591a\u6838\u805a\u7c7b&#xff08;CKG-IMK&#xff09;**\u7ec4\u7ec7\u8de8\u7c7b\u522b\u5173\u7cfb&#xff0c;\u4f7f\u65b0\u4efb\u52a1\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4f9d\u8d56\u5b64\u7acb\u7684\u4e24\u4e24\u6837\u672c\u76f8\u4f3c\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<h3 \u7c7b\u3001\u6bcf\u7c7b K \u4e2a\u6807\u6ce8\u652f\u6301\u6837\u672c\u3002\u5143\u8bad\u7ec3\u4e0e\u5143\u6d4b\u8bd5\u7684\u7c7b\u522b\u4e0d\u91cd\u53e0&#xff0c;\u8003\u5bdf\u5bf9\u672a\u77e5\u6545\u969c\u7684\u9002\u5e94\u80fd\u529b&#xff1b;\u672c\u6587\u4f7f\u7528
