<\/p>\n<h3>\u4e8c\u3001Wnt-C59\u5982\u4f55\u901a\u8fc7PORCN\u5f71\u54cdWnt\u8102\u9170\u5316\u548c\u5206\u6ccc<\/h3>\n<p>PORCN\u662f\u5b9a\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5185\u8d28\u7f51\u819c\u7684O-\u9170\u57fa\u8f6c\u79fb\u9176&#xff0c;\u8d1f\u8d23\u5728Wnt\u86cb\u767d\u7279\u5b9a\u4e1d\u6c28\u9178\u6b8b\u57fa\u4e0a\u589e\u52a0\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u9170\u57fa\u4fee\u9970\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u4fee\u9970\u4e0eWnt\u86cb\u767d\u6210\u719f\u4ee5\u53ca\u540e\u7eed\u5206\u6ccc\u5bc6\u5207\u76f8\u5173&#xff0c;\u5e76\u4e14\u662fWnt\u4e0eWntless\/WLS\u5f62\u6210\u6b63\u5e38\u8fd0\u8f93\u5173\u7cfb\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u524d\u63d0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5b8c\u6210\u8102\u9170\u5316\u7684Wnt\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u901a\u8fc7WLS\u76f8\u5173\u7ec6\u80de\u5185\u8fd0\u8f93\u8fc7\u7a0b\u5230\u8fbe\u7ec6\u80de\u8868\u9762\u5e76\u91ca\u653e\u81f3\u80de\u5916&#xff0c;\u968f\u540e\u4e0eFrizzled\/LRP5-6\u53d7\u4f53\u7ed3\u5408\u5e76\u6fc0\u6d3b\u7ecf\u5178Wnt\/\u03b2-catenin\u4fe1\u53f7\u3002\u5f53PORCN\u88abWnt-C59\u6291\u5236\u65f6&#xff0c;Wnt\u6b63\u5e38\u8102\u9170\u5316\u8fc7\u7a0b\u53d7\u5230\u5e72\u6270&#xff0c;Wnt\u4e0eWLS\u76f8\u5173\u8fd0\u8f93\u53ca\u5206\u6ccc\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u53d7\u5230\u5f71\u54cd&#xff0c;\u6700\u7ec8\u4f7f\u80fd\u591f\u5230\u8fbe\u80de\u5916\u5e76\u53c2\u4e0e\u53d7\u4f53\u6fc0\u6d3b\u7684Wnt\u914d\u4f53\u51cf\u5c11\u3002<\/p>\n<p> nM\u3002\u540e\u7eed\u76f8\u5173\u7814\u7a76\u4e5f\u4eceWnt\u8102\u9170\u5316\u3001Wnt-WLS\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u3001Wnt\u5206\u6ccc\u4ee5\u53ca\u03b2-catenin\u62a5\u544a\u57fa\u56e0\u7b49\u4e0d\u540c\u5c42\u9762\u5bf9PORCN\u6291\u5236\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u9a8c\u8bc1\u3002\u76f8\u5173\u52a8\u7269\u5b9e\u9a8c\u6570\u636e\u5e94\u7406\u89e3\u4e3a\u5bf9\u5e94\u5177\u4f53\u7814\u7a76\u6a21\u578b\u4e2d\u7684\u7ed3\u679c&#xff0c;\u4e0d\u5b9c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u6cdb\u5316\u4e3a\u5176\u4ed6\u4f53\u7cfb\u4e2d\u7684\u56fa\u5b9a\u6548\u5e94\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u4e09\u3001Wnt-C59\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6PORCN\u6291\u5236\u5242\u53caCHIR99021\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u5dee\u5f02<\/h3>\n<p>IWP-2\u3001IWP-3\u3001IWP-4\u548cWnt-C59\u90fd\u5c5e\u4e8e\u901a\u8fc7PORCN\u76f8\u5173\u673a\u5236\u5e72\u9884Wnt\u5206\u6ccc\u7684\u5c0f\u5206\u5b50\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u539f\u59cb\u54c1\u724c\u8d44\u6599\u5c06Wnt-C59\u63cf\u8ff0\u4e3a\u5177\u6709\u8f83\u9ad8\u6548\u529b\u548c\u8f83\u597d\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u9002\u7528\u6027&#xff0c;\u4f46\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5b9e\u9a8c\u4eba\u5458\u6765\u8bf4&#xff0c;\u6bd4\u4e0d\u540cPORCN\u6291\u5236\u5242\u4e4b\u95f4\u5f3a\u5f31\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\u7684&#xff0c;\u662f\u660e\u786ePORCN\u6291\u5236\u548c\u4e0b\u6e38Wnt\u6fc0\u6d3b\u5de5\u5177\u4e4b\u95f4\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u540c\u4e00\u4e2a\u673a\u5236\u5c42\u7ea7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>CHIR99021\u901a\u8fc7\u6291\u5236GSK3\u03b2\u51cf\u5c11\u03b2-catenin\u964d\u89e3&#xff0c;\u56e0\u6b64\u80fd\u591f\u7ed5\u8fc7\u6b63\u5e38Wnt\u914d\u4f53\u4ea7\u751f\u548c\u53d7\u4f53\u6fc0\u6d3b\u8fc7\u7a0b&#xff0c;\u76f4\u63a5\u63d0\u9ad8\u03b2-catenin\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u3002Wnt-C59\u5219\u4f4d\u4e8e\u66f4\u4e0a\u6e38&#xff0c;\u5e72\u9884Wnt\u914d\u4f53\u5f62\u6210\u548c\u91ca\u653e\u3002\u524d\u8005\u56de\u7b54\u7684\u662f\u201c\u4e0b\u6e38\u03b2-catenin\u80fd\u5426\u88ab\u6fc0\u6d3b\u201d&#xff0c;\u540e\u8005\u66f4\u9002\u5408\u56de\u7b54\u201c\u5f53\u524d\u6a21\u578b\u662f\u5426\u4f9d\u8d56\u6b63\u5e38Wnt\u914d\u4f53\u4f9b\u5e94\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>
